SC: AICTE Regulations Do Not Govern Direct Recruitment of Engineering Professors by State PSCs - 20.01.2026

Supreme Court held that the All India Council for Technical Education Regulations are not applicable to direct recruitment for professor posts in engineering colleges when such recruitment is conducted by the State Public Service Commissions.
