Allahabad HC: Victim Compensation under POCSO Act Cannot be Withheld For Lack of Injury Report - 19.01.2026

Allahabad High Court held that under the Uttar Pradesh Rani Lakshmi Bai Mahila Samman Kosh Rules, 2015, compensation must be granted if the FIR discloses an offence under Section 4 of the POCSO Act, and the absence of injuries in the report cannot justify withholding compensation.
