MP HP: Over-Age Candidate Cannot Claim Age Relaxation Due to Delay in Earlier Recruitment - 15.01.2026

Madhya Pradesh High Court held that a candidate who participated in the 2022 recruitment process cannot claim age relaxation merely because an earlier recruitment had extended the age limit beyond what was prescribed under the applicable Rules.
