SC: RTE Act promotes fraternity and equality by children of judges and vendors studying together - 14.01.2026

Supreme Court held that proper enforcement of the 25% admission mandate for children from weaker and disadvantaged sections in neighbourhood unaided schools under the RTE Act, 2009, can transform India’s social structure and should be pursued as a national mission.
