Del HC: Courts Cannot Compel Lawyers to Disclose Sources of Documents Filed on Clients' Instructions - 13.01.2026

Delhi High Court held that a lawyer cannot be forced to reveal the source of a document provided by a client, as it is protected under privileged communication, unless there is a prima facie judicial finding of fraud.
