Madras HC Issues Notice to TN on Plea for Cancelling Bail to MBBS Students - 20.07.2016

Madras HC issued notice to Tamil Nadu Government on petition seeking cancellation of bail granted by a lower court to two MBBS students, who had thrown a five-month-old stray dog from terrace of three-storied building earlier this month.
