Karnataka HC: A Neighbour Cannot be Charged With Matrimonial Cruelty under Section 498A IPC - 08.01.2026

Karnataka High Court reiterated that a neighbour or stranger cannot be implicated in matrimonial cruelty proceedings under Section 498A IPC, as such disputes are confined to the husband, wife, or other family members, and outsiders cannot be held liable.
