Bombay High Court: In IBC Cases, High Courts Lack Parallel Contempt Jurisdiction over the NCLT - 08.01.2026

Bombay High Court held that contempt petitions for breach of NCLT orders in insolvency cases cannot be filed directly in the High Court, stating that once contempt powers are conferred on the NCLT by law, the High Court cannot exercise parallel jurisdiction.
