P&H HC Cites Bhagavad Gita, Directs Regularisation of Daily Wage Workers For Public Good - 05.01.2026

Punjab & Haryana High Court, citing the principle of Rajdharma, held that a welfare State cannot demand continuous service from workers while keeping them in perpetual insecurity and directed the regularisation of daily wage employees to ensure justice, fairness, and compassion.
