Kerala HC Denies Parole to Life Convict in TP Chandrasekharan Murder Case For Cousin's Funeral - 31.12.2025

Kerala HC refused emergency parole to Jyothi Babu, a convict in the T.P. Chandrasekharan murder case, to perform his cousin’s funeral rites. Babu, serving a life sentence for the 2012 politically motivated killing of RMP leader Chandrasekharan, remains in Kannur prison.
