Delhi High Court: No Construction or Residence Allowed on Yamuna Floodplains, Even For Graveyards - 30.12.2025

Delhi High Court has ruled that construction or residential use on the Yamuna floodplains is impermissible, and such activity cannot be justified even on the ground of a graveyard or religious purpose.
