Delhi High Court: Customs Officials Acting Officially Cannot be Cross-Examined as of Right - 29.12.2025

Delhi High Court held that Customs officials acting in their official capacity cannot be cross-examined as a matter of right in adjudication proceedings under the Customs Act, the court observed while partly allowing a writ petition in a customs duty evasion matter.
