Supreme Court Quashes Rajasthan Village Renaming, Says Government Must Follow its Own Policy - 24.12.2025

Supreme Court ruled that the Rajasthan government violated its binding policy by naming new revenue villages after individuals, set aside the High Court Division Bench ruling, and restored the Single Judge order quashing the creation of Amargarh and Sagatsar villages in Barmer.
