NCLAT: NCLT Can Order Forensic Audit on its Own, No Separate Application Required - 24.12.2025

Chennai bench of the NCLAT held that the NCLT has the authority to order a forensic audit on its own initiative, even when no separate application has been filed by any party seeking such a direction.
