Delhi HC: DRI or Central Revenues Control Lab Presence in Delhi Alone Does Not Confer Jurisdiction - 24.12.2025

Delhi High Court held that the presence of the DRI headquarters or the Central Revenues Control Laboratory in Delhi alone does not give it jurisdiction to hear customs disputes that arise in Tamil Nadu.
