Bombay HC: Preventing Feeding Stray Dogs at Society or Bus Stop is Not 'Wrongful Restraint' - 23.12.2025

Bombay High Court held that a person stopped from feeding stray dogs at non-designated spots in a society, such as entry/exit points or school bus stops, cannot file a complaint under Section 126 (wrongful restraint) of the BNS, as such restraint is not unlawful.
