Supreme Court: Vacancies From Resignations under CUSAT Act Must Follow Communal Rotation - 19.12.2025

Supreme Court has ruled that communal rotation in university appointments remains applicable throughout the validity of a rank list, and a waitlisted candidate does not gain an automatic right to appointment solely because a selected candidate resigns.
