Supreme Court: Issues of Party Capacity and Maintainability Must Be Decided by Arbitral Tribunal - 18.12.2025

Supreme Court reaffirmed that issues concerning whether a person is a genuine party to an arbitration agreement and entitled to invoke the arbitration clause must be left for determination by the Arbitral Tribunal.
