Gujarat High Court: Waqf Institutions Must Pay Court Fees When Filing Disputes in State Tribunal - 18.12.2025

Gujarat High Court has dismissed petitions by waqf institutions challenging the Gujarat State Waqf Tribunal’s rejection of applications over waqf property disputes, ruling that waqf institutions are not exempt from paying court fees under Section 83(3) of the Waqf Act.
