Bombay High Court: Technical Breaks to Temporary Employees Cannot Deny Maternity Leave Benefits - 17.12.2025

Bombay High Court held that a woman engaged on a temporary, daily-wage basis is entitled to maternity leave benefits and cannot be denied them merely because she was given technical breaks of one or two days after completing 120 days of service in a year.
