SC: Separate Suits Against Confirmed Auction Sales are Barred; Remedy Available under Sec 47 - 16.12.2025

Supreme Court ruled that once an auction sale is confirmed and no challenge is filed to set it aside, a separate suit contesting the confirmation is barred under Order XXI Rule 92(3) CPC, and the proper remedy is an application under Section 47 CPC on limited grounds.
