SC Issues Notice to 6 States on Cured Mental Patients - 19.07.2016

SC has issued notice to six state governments - of UP, Kerala, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Meghalaya and Jammu & Kashmir on the issue of release of over 300 persons from mental hospitals.
