SC Sets Up Secondary Medical Board to Assess Passive Euthanasia Plea of Man in Vegetative State - 12.12.2025

Supreme Court has directed the AIIMS Director to form a Secondary Medical Board to evaluate whether passive euthanasia may be allowed for a 32-year-old man who has been in a vegetative state for 12 years after a fall.
