Meghalaya HC: Non-Signatory or Non-Existent LLP Cannot Claim Arbitration via Group of Companies - 11.12.2025

Meghalaya High Court dismissed Suraksha Salvia LLP’s appeal against the termination of a PPP for a diagnostic centre in Shillong, ruling that a company not in existence at the time of the agreement cannot invoke protection under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
