Madras HC: All State Departments Must Address Representations by Persons with Disabilities Promptly - 11.12.2025

Madras High Court directed the Chief Secretary of Tamil Nadu to issue a circular instructing all state government departments to ensure that representations submitted by persons with disabilities are considered and addressed at the earliest.
