J&K&L HC: Under SARFAESI Act, Borrower's Right To Redeem a Secured Asset Ends With Auction Notice - 10.12.2025

Reaffirming the amended Section 13(8) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, the J&K and Ladakh High Court held that a borrower's right to redeem a secured asset ends once the auction notice is published if dues are not cleared before its publication.
