Madras High Court Issues Notice to Kanchi Sankaracharya in the Auditor Assault Case - 18.07.2016

Madras High Court has issued a notice to Kanchi Sankaracharya Sri Jayendra Saraswathi and eight others in the14-year-old assault case pending against them. All the accused were acquitted by the lower court in April this year and the Tamil Nadu Government has challenged the clean chit given to them.
