Supreme Court: Candidate Not Disqualified if Core Subject Studied Without Exact Degree Title - 08.12.2025

Supreme Court ruled that if a candidate has studied the required principal subject in their curriculum, their candidature cannot be denied merely because the degree is titled under a different specialisation.
