Delhi High Court: Allegations of Forgery Alone Do not Bar NCLT From Examining Company Records - 08.12.2025

Delhi High Court held that mere claims of fraud or forgery cannot be used to oust the NCLT’s jurisdiction, and civil courts cannot entertain parallel suits on issues already pending before the NCLT in an oppression and mismanagement proceeding.
