Rajasthan High Court: Universities Cannot Retain Students’ Original Documents for Pending Fees - 05.12.2025

Rajasthan HC granted relief to a former MBBS student, ruling that a university cannot retain original documents submitted at admission to compel payment of future fees, allowing her to use the documents for appearing in examinations at a new college.
