Delhi HC: Lokpal Cannot Form a Prima Facie View on Corruption Without Hearing The Official - 03.12.2025

Delhi HC quashed the Lokpal’s order for a probe into alleged irregularities in the National Productivity Council, holding that the authority had pre-judged the matter and stressing that under Section 20(3) of the Lokpal Act, a prima facie view can be formed only after hearing the public servant.
