Kerala HC: Further Probe under Section 173(8) CrPC Allowed Only by Original Investigating Agency - 02.12.2025

Kerala High Court reaffirmed that any further investigation under Section 173(8) of the CrPC must be carried out only by the agency that conducted the original probe, and cannot be handed over to a different investigating authority.
