Kerala HC: Applications under the Muslim Women’s Divorce Act Have a 3-Year Limitation Period - 01.12.2025

Kerala High Court has reaffirmed that Article 137 of the Limitation Act applies to applications under Section 3 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act, 1986, upholding the earlier view in Hassainar v. Raziya that such claims are governed by a three-year limitation period.
