Delhi High Court Tells Police to Change British-Era Norms of Selection - 18.07.2016

Delhi High Court has said that "summary/ordinary conviction should not be treated as a conviction for entry or retention in government service”, thereby calling for an overhaul of "British-era" norms for police recruitment.
