Delhi High Court: Assets From Illegal Cricket Betting are Proceeds of Crime Attachable by ED - 26.11.2025

Delhi High Court held that although cricket betting is not an independent predicate offence under the PMLA, the Enforcement Directorate can still attach property generated from such illegal activity, noting that Section 2(1)(u) of the Act gives a broad definition of proceeds of crime.
