NCLAT Delhi: Advance under Land-Development MoU is not Financial Debt and Cannot Trigger CIRP - 24.11.2025

NCLAT held that advances paid under a 2013 land-development MoU for land in Noida do not constitute financial debt under the IBC, upholding the dismissal of insolvency applications filed by Airwil JKM and JKM Infrastructure against Cadillac Infotech.
