Delhi HC: MYAS Not Bound to ‘Rubber-Stamp’ International Federation Choices - 19.11.2025

Delhi HC stated that recognition of an NSF cannot be at directives of any International Federation. MYAS is not expected to act as a mere ‘rubber stamp’ and grant recognition to whichever body / entity is handpicked by International Federation
