Delhi High Court to Revise Norms on Protecting Identity of Child Victims, Juveniles - 18.07.2016

Guidelines to protect the identity of minors involved in criminal cases, laid down by a committee appointed by the Delhi High Court, are set to be revised in light of the amended Juvenile Justice Act.
