MP HC: Injury Not Required to Prove Attempt to Murder - 13.11.2025

Madhya Pradesh High Court held that injury is not essential to constitute an attempt to murder under Section 307 IPC. The Court clarified that if an act is done with the intention or knowledge that it could cause death, the offender is guilty of attempt to murder.
