NCLAT: Liquidator Must Obtain NCLT Approval Before Conducting Private Sale - 10.11.2025

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) New Delhi held that a liquidator cannot conduct a private sale without NCLT approval under Regulation 33(2)(d) of the IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016 (LPR).
