NCLAT: Contract Termination for Performance Default Not Barred by CIRP Moratorium - 10.11.2025

NCLAT, New Delhi, held that terminating a contract for long-standing performance defaults does not breach Section 14 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC).
