Kerala HC: Complainant Must be Informed if Probe Against FIR-Named Accused is Dropped - 10.11.2025

Kerala High Court directed the State Police Chief to ensure that investigating officers notify complainants or their legal heirs when an accused named in the FIR is dropped. The court issued the order while dismissing an appeal.
