Kerala HC: Law Must be Amended to Hold Landowners Liable for Illegal Paddy Land Reclamation - 07.11.2025

Kerala High Court observed that laws should be amended to hold landowners liable for illegal conversion of paddy lands. The remark came while hearing a writ appeal by a JCB owner seeking interim custody of his excavator, rented to a landowner for digging a wastewater pit.
