Delhi HC: CCI Cannot Levy Interest Retrospectively Before Valid Service of Demand Notice - 05.11.2025

Delhi High Court held that the Competition Commission of India cannot impose interest retrospectively or from a date before valid service of a demand notice, observing that the issuance of such notice and levy of interest under the 2011 Regulations must follow a mandatory sequential process.
