Delhi HC: Waitlist Panel Cannot Be Segregated, Vacancies Must Be Filled From Valid Waitlist - 31.10.2025

Delhi High Court ruled that the waitlist panel cannot operate in a segregated manner, particularly in provisional recruitment results. It dismissed DSSSB’s appeal against a CAT order directing consideration of candidates for appointment as Warder (Male) in the Prison Department.
