Punjab and Haryana HC Issues Notice to Haryana Govt. over EWS Children Admissions in Pvt. Schools - 25.08.2015

Punjab and Haryana HC has issued notice to State Govt. regarding stay on circular issued by it on admission mechanism to be adopted in private unaided recognized schools to admit 10% Economically Weaker Section(EWS) children from Class II to VIII as per Section 134-A of Haryana Education Rules,2003.
