HP High Court: Possession of Intermediate Quantity of Opium Poppy Not Punishable under S.37 NDPS Act - 29.10.2025

Himachal Pradesh High Court held that possession of 7.033 kg of poppy husk constitutes an intermediate quantity, and therefore, the stringent bail conditions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act do not apply, allowing accused persons relief from the Act's rigors.
