Kerala HC: Interim Bail Period Not Counted as ‘Detention’ for Statutory Bail under S.187 BNSS - 27.10.2025

Kerala High Court has ruled that the time an accused spends on interim bail cannot be counted as detention when calculating the period for granting statutory bail.
