Kerala HC: Accused Can Respond Virtually or in Writing - 24.10.2025

Kerala High Court has ruled that an accused exempted from personal appearance under Section 351 of the Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) may answer questions either through a written statement or via video linkage, allowing flexible participation in the proceedings.
