Karnataka HC: Quarry Lease Renewal Allowed Next Day If Deadline Falls on Public Holiday - 15.10.2025

Karnataka High Court held that a quarry lease renewal application can be submitted until midnight on the last day of the expiry period, and if that day happens to be a public holiday, the application will be valid if filed on the next working day.
